How this works
Review how this works
When you begin, you will see a series of questions. There are ten of them. Each one asks about a different aspect of how you tend to engage with work — attention, physical comfort, problem-solving, routine, and others.
You do not have to answer every question. If a question does not apply to you, or you are not sure how to answer it, you can skip it. Skipped questions are treated the same as answered ones — they simply contribute less specificity to the reflection.
After the questions, you will see descriptions of several craft practices. These are displayed in no particular order. None of them is highlighted as more relevant than others.
Each craft description includes three parts: a description of what the work is, a description of what it feels like to practice, and a brief note about how people typically begin learning it.
You can read as many or as few of the descriptions as you like. You can leave at any time. Nothing you do here is recorded beyond your current session, unless you choose to save your responses.
There are no results to interpret. There is no correct outcome. The purpose of this is to give you a quiet space to consider something you may or may not already be thinking about.
